The 1 bed apartment has 1 double bedroom, with shower room and can comfortably accommodate two adults. The bedroom has a large double bed and has an enormous private veranda with a pool and garden view. The bedroom is air conditioned, furnished with fitted wardrobes and drawers and is pleasantly decorated. The lounge is pleasantly furnished with a leather settee. There is air conditioning in the lounge, a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an abundance of DVD movies and books that are updated frequently. On the large coffee table sits a guest book, which we hope you will add your comments to and also use as a useful source of information from previous guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, iron & ironing board. There is a large dining table and 4 chairs that will comfortably seat four adults in the dining area.
There is also a table and chairs for sitting out on the veranda.There is a store cupboard with two sun loungers and parasol for use at the pool, this is located under the apartment. Here you will also find a designated parking bay. The pool and garden area, which is strictly for guests only is private and also boasts a waterfall and jacuuzi, we supply a key for entry. The pool is set in a beautifully planted garden area with toilets and showers.
The complex is not large and enjoys peace and quiet in a small village yet sits close to larger towns, less than ten minutes from the main highway serving the whole Island and only fifteen minutes from Larnaca.
