The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite and can comfortably accommodate six adults. Two of the bedrooms have large double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms has its own veranda with a sea view and there is a second flat screen TV with DVD player that could be used in any bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes and drawers and are pleasantly decorated. There is a full-length mirror, hairdryer and electronic digital safe. The lounge is pleasantly furnished with a three seater and two seater settee and matching chair. There is air conditioning in the lounge, a flat screen TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 console with memory card and one handset. There is also an abundance of DVD movies and books that are updated frequently. On the large coffee table sits a guest book, which we hope you will add your comments to and also use as a useful source of information from previous guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, iron & ironing board. There is a large dining table and 6 chairs (2 carvers), which will comfortably seat six adults. From the patio there is a sea and country view with a small planted garden to the side boasting a stunning pink & white Bougainvillea amongst cacti plants, palms and solar lights. The patio has a six seater table and chairs and a large parasol with an outside light for the evening. There is a store cupboard with various bits such as clothes dryer, bucket n spade, and inflatables for use over at the pool. Please do not allow the bucket and spade in the pool area but feel free to use at the beach. There is a large shaded carport to the side of the villa. Across the private road is the pool and garden area, which is strictly for guests only, we supply a key for entry. The pool is very big and set in a beautifully planted garden area with toilets and showers. The gated complex is not large and enjoys peace and quiet in a small village yet sits close to larger towns, less than ten minutes from the main highway serving the whole Island and only fifteen minutes from Larnaca. To gain entry to the complex you will be given an electronic fob.
